Kelly O'Connor McNees is a Chicago author and friend of The Bookstore who was a Featured Author at the 1st Annual Downtown Glen Ellyn Bookfest. She spoke at a panel discussion with Melanie Benjamin (Glen Ellyn author of Alice I Have Been) and they were both very well received. The Lost Summer of Louisa May Alcott is her first novel, and is now available in paperback.
